FV7 Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

Fv7 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "fv7", or "the platform") is an online sports betting and casino service provider. By using this platform, you (the user) agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using fv7's services.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Fv7 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the governing document.

To open an account with fv7, the following conditions must be met. These requirements are mandatory for all members.

• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.
• Sharing your password or allowing a third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify fv7 immediately.

Fv7 supports popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within 30 minutes.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted — the payment account and the fv7 account must belong to the same person.
• Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold pending investigation.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from fv7. Requests submitted in accordance with these rules are typically processed within 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Without KYC verification, the maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳10,000.
• Limits will increase significantly after KYC verification.
• If you have an active bonus wagering requirement, submitting a withdrawal request may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Withdrawals should be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing times may be longer on weekends or public holidays.

The following general rules apply to all types of betting on fv7. Additional sport-specific rules may also apply.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled once an event has started.
• If incorrect odds are set due to a technical error, fv7 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is not completed within the scheduled time, a decision will be made in accordance with fv7's own policy.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳50, and the maximum limit varies by event.
• The cash-out feature may not be available for all events.

All bonuses and promotions on fv7 are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: The required wagering must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• A bonus can be used with: If you already have an active bonus, a new bonus generally cannot be added at the same time.
• Welcome Bonus: Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Abuse: If bonus system abuse is suspected, fv7 reserves the right to investigate the account.
• Changes: fv7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fv7. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Betting on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Using another member's account.
• Impersonating fv7 staff.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.

• Fv7 securely stores the information you provide at the time of registration.
• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request an update or deletion of your personal information.

Fv7 believes in responsible betting. Betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• You can lock your account for a specified period of time if needed.
• Permanent self-exclusion from betting is available.
• Once your account is locked, it cannot be reopened before the set time period has elapsed.

Either the member or fv7 may close an account under certain circumstances.

• Voluntary Closure: Members can close their account by submitting a request to Support.
• Termination for Rule Violations: fv7 may terminate an account without notice if these terms are violated.
• Balance Refund: In the case of voluntary closure, any valid balance will be refunded.
• Forfeiture for Rule Violations: If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, the account balance and any bonuses may be forfeited.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

Fv7 hereby makes clear that it holds no liability in the following circumstances.

• Bets missed due to loss of internet connection.
• In the event of a temporary service disruption caused by technical issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Issues arising from the user's own device or network.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account login credentials with another person.

Fv7 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
